We offer comprehensive support throughout the process of establishing an EU business entity. Our services include assistance with opening bank accounts, registering the company as an innovative SME, and obtaining recognition as a company with foreign investment within the Business Facilitation Unit. We provide all necessary guidance to launch and establish your venture successfully.
Andrey and Alexey have been part of our company since the first investment round in early 2015. They helped attract funding for more than half of the required amount. After the successful completion of the round, Andrey joined the Board of Directors. He helped us many times in resolving issues within the company and in terms of strategic management. Together we launched the Signaturit Russia project. Taurus Aurum managed by Andrey also participated in the second investment round of Signaturit in the summer of 2017, remaining one of the largest corporate investors. In December 2020, the company was successfully sold to a private equity fund.
We met Alexey in 2016 at Skolkovo business school. He became our mentor, helped to conclude an MBO deal with one of our early shareholders, and invested in the company as a business angel. Later on, Alexey helped organize the next investment round and continues to assist in strategic planning, relations with investors and clients.
Andrey has been our mentor at ESADE BAN since we appeared there with the idea of Apartool. We worked hard together to refine our business strategy, customer acquisition and sales. He organized our presentation to ESADE BAN investors at the Early Stage Breakfast, a renowned event for early stage startups, promoting and guiding us to the successful conclusion of our pre-seed round, in which Taurus Aurum Global Property Fund, which he managed, also participated. In 2019, Andrey was the lead investor in our successful seed round. In 2020, Andrey helped close the deal to open Apartool Portugal, which we launched in September. Andrey remains our trusted advisor, whose opinion is always valued and welcomed.
